On the cruise we go

{Kristie} The day we have been waiting for finally came…. We got to see and get on the Disney Cruise!! We were driving up the highway and I glanced out the window and saw the HUGE boat – what a cool site. When we got here and got checked in, we walked across the gangplank, a staff asked us our name, and we were announced in by the staff saying “Welcome aboard to the Fehr Family!” So cool! The sailing party was amazing, videos to follow on the blog and we got to wave to the shore just like on the Love Boat – it was wonderful and so cool – we will never forget that. Touring the Disney Magic has been an adventure in itself. We are still finding nooks and crannies we didn’t know about. I get as excited as the kids when we see characters around the ship. More to come!! {Jake} On the way from the airport to the ship our driver commented on how the crime rate here in Florida has gone down since they can now shoot people who are on your property, good to know. The ship is gigantic. We are on level 5 about mid ship. There are 10 levels, the pools are on 9. {Natasha} I was excited to get to the cruise. I found where my club room was. I got to go swimming on the very first day in an outdoor pool. We have a bunk bed I slept bottom. {Julie} When we were getting ready to go we were dancing and singing on a deck that was really a swimming pool lid. We saw Mickey Mouse. After that we waved good bye to people not on the boat. We also went and ate at the back of the boat where we saw birds eating crumbs.
